SCOTT C. GOTTEL, ESQUIRE
Scott has practiced law since 1998 and worked as in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier before working in private practice in Media and Wayne, Pennsylvania since 2003. Scott’s practice has focused on defense of civil litigation involving individuals and municipal entities, school districts and private organizations including litigation of auto and premises liability claims, civil rights claims, and employment matters. Scott has also handled tax assessment appeals representing local school districts and has experience representing school districts in special education matters in addition to handling guardianships for a local nursing home as well as other general liability cases, including argument before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Scott has presented continuing education courses for bar association members as well as sessions for members of the public and clients.
